Vision Insurance
Most of our patients do not have vision insurance. They come to us because we provide quality eye exams at a very reasonable price.
The only vision insurance we accept is Spectera. Spectera often falls under United Healthcare, Optimum Health, or Secure Horizons. If you have one of these vision plans, please call our office and we can verify whether your vision insurance is valid with us.
We are not a network provider for VSP (Vision Service Plan). Many patients with VSP still get their eye exams with us because we offer a quality eye exam for a great price. In addition, VSP patients can still submit their receipts to VSP for out-of-network reimbursement.
This is also true for patients with other vision insurance plans. We always give our patients eye exam receipts with diagnostic and procedures codes that insurances require. That way, our patients can submit the eye exam receipts to their insurance companies for reimbursement if they wish.
Finally, Costco employees have eye exam benefits with us, and eyeglass or contact lens coverage with Costco optical.
